MEBLOMET mission statement
Our mission is to develop metal products that are long-lasting and perfectly tailored to the customer’s requirements. We rely on comprehensive services – at our plant, sheet metal is turned into a finished structure. As a result, you do not need to have your own production hall and machinery to offer your customers quality metal products.
Every project is different and that is why we rely on a customised, flexible approach. Together with the customer, we develop the necessary documentation and advise on the solutions that will work best in customer-specific circumstances. It is thanks to this that metal components with a long service life, high functionality and eye-catching design are developed at our plant.
Our story
We have been operating in the market continuously since 1953. During this time, we have gathered valuable experience and have developed technologies and know-how that now enable us to boast of a wide range of satisfied customers.
The Company was founded on 6 September 1953 in Kraków under the name “Drzewna Spółdzielnia Pracy Podkarpacie” (Subcarpathian Woodworking Cooperative). In 1956, it was relocated to the locality of Mszana Dolna.
In 1963, the Company’s service outlets were established. In 1969, the Company’s was renamed into “Spółdzielnia Pracy MEBLOMET” (MEBLOMET Work Co-operative).
These years were a time of stabilisation of the company’s position on the market. During this period, the production of restaurant and catering equipment for the Soviet Union began.
These years saw the continuation of the Company’s growth and its first collaboration with the IKEA brand.
This is a tough period for the company history. It went into liquidation twice, but the management managed to activate it. In the 1990s MEBLOMET did business jointly with IKEA and implemented the Integrated Quality Management System.
This is the time when the production of outdoor gym and playground equipment was launched. In 2010, the company received the AKZO NOBEL Approved Applicator certificate confirming the quality of the powder coating service.
At present, our Company is growing steadily and is establishing business relationships with, inter alia, distant countries such as Kuwait and Australia. We also export our products to the Czech Republic and England. In 2016, the Company developed a new series of outdoor equipment.
