As part of our contract manufacturing, we make, inter alia, furniture for gardens attached to the catering facilities. We develop metal structures that are weatherproof.
These are eye-catching and long-lasting products that are developed according to your design or according to our ready-made patterns.
We can put logos on them and even use wooden elements – acacia, alder or oak.

Street furniture
We specialise in the manufacturing of street furniture. Park benches, litter bins, bicycle racks and typically decorative structures are developed at our plant.
We use weatherproof metal, the colour and finish of which are matched to the design of the greenery arrangement. We also make benches with logos.
We work with landscape planners and those responsible for maintaining public spaces.

Fitness equipment for outdoor gyms
Are you about to build an outdoor gym? With us you will order all the fitness equipment used at such places. MEBLOMET manufactures orbiters, benches, bars and many other structures that allow you to exercise outdoors. We also manufacture playgrounds.
We offer structures that are stable and weatherproof. The individual components are welded, shot-blasted and powder-coated.
As a manufacturer of outdoor gyms, we work jointly with distributors of such equipment or directly with entities responsible for the maintenance of urban spaces.

Sports arenas
Our contract manufacturing services comprise large-size components, which are then used to develop sports arenas. At our plant, we develop large parts that are even 6 metre long. We fabricate goal components for football, brackets, panels and expandable poles.
We offer to make such components from scratch, i.e. cutting, bending, drilling, welding, shot-blasting, powder coating and appropriate packaging on individual pallets (tailored to size).
We execute even the most complex structures for sports and entertainment arenas. We have completed over 800 sets of steel components of this type.

Medical accessories
The manufacturing of metal structures also includes equipment and furniture used in medical facilities and care homes. Stands, walkers, shower and toilet chairs, shower seats, handrails and bedside tables, etc. are fabricated at our plant. We use raw materials that meet the required sanitary standards.

Contract manufacturing costs depend on a number of factors, such as material, design complexity, order size and lead times. Please contact us for a customised quote.
Each order is considered individually – we accept orders for small batch production as well as for large-size batch production involving hundreds and thousands of pieces.
Yes, we pack products/metal parts for transport and even in collective or unit packaging for resale. We also arrange for transport of finished goods to the designated location.
Yes, we are experienced with working for a variety of industries and are flexible in catering for specific requirements and standards.
Lead time depends on the design complexity and the order size. Once we have received your specifications, we are able to give you an estimated lead date. As we have a huge facility and large production capacity (on average, several hundred items leave our factory daily), we are usually able to offer shorter lead times than our competitors.
Our products are covered with warranty for a term from 2 to 5 years, depending on the surface finish. We assure their quality through a multi-phase inspection process, which starts in the phase of purchasing the production materials and ends after the component has been manufactured. Salt chamber tests have shown the very high corrosion resistance of our products – 3,000 hours.
Examples of quality control methods used at our plant:
– control of the paint coating using the MEK test, impact resistance and the notch grid method,
– corrosion tests carried out by third party, independent laboratories,
– identification of the product in terms of quality and compliance with customer requirements.
