Special surface preparation process for powder coating
We use the electrostatic powder coating technique, which is preceded by appropriate preparation of the metal surfaces designated for painting. Thanks to this, the ultimate coating is super resistant to corrosion, has an enhanced resistance to mechanical damage and the activity of atmospheric and chemical agents, and is additionally sealed with the application of two layers of varnish.
The surface preparation process comprises:
- shot-blasting
- ferrous phosphatising
- application of Akzo Nobel zinc rich epoxy primer
- powder coating (polyester powder paint from Akzo Nobel)

Lead times depend on the order size and complexity. Ordering powder coating in a custom colour may extend the lead time even further. However, our two specialised painting lines usually allow us to offer orders with shorter lead times than our competitors
Costs depend on a number of factors, such as the size and number of items, the type and colour of preparation and the customer’s special requirements. Don’t hesitate to contact us for an accurate quote.
The durability of our powder coating is covered by a 2-year warranty. We reinforce it through a special metal preparation process before painting, which includes the application of a double layer of varnish. This makes the paint resistant to scratches, impacts, corrosion and weathering.
